For reservations

A 50% deposit of the total rental rate is required immediately. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. During the holiday season, the remainder must be paid 60 days prior to arrival. A $250 damage deposit must be paid with the final payment of the rental fee. This deposit will be returned in full within two weeks of departure if there is no damage to the condominium or its contents.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel before the 30 days prior to your arrival, your entire deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after the 30 days prior to your arrival or 60 days prior to your holiday arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. If you have already paid your full rental fee, 1/2 of the remainder of the fee will be refunded.

Seasons

High Season           

April 1st - April 30th; November 1st - December 18th; January 4th - May 1st

$375 USD per night, 3 night minimum

Low Season

May 1st - May 31st; September 1st - October 31st

$250 USD per night, 3 night minimum

Summer Season

June 1st - August 31st

$300 USD per night, 3 night minimum

Holiday Season

December 19th - January 3rd

$450 USD per night, 1 week minimum
